I'm looking for some code or a tleast a basis for some code to allow me to publish cubes to upfront via Powerplay enterprise server does anyone have anything I can start with?

You can try writing batch scripts using the ppadmtool. The Enterprise Server Guide pdf has an appendix B with batch commands
