Automated Phone Survey System , need help... 1

Hi all,
My company is looking into purchasing an automated phone survey system. We wanted our clients to call in and be asked a series of questions for us to gain feedback. A major factor is money, so we are looking for a ssimple and inexpensive solution. Does anyone know of some simple / inexpensive programs that would do the job? Thanks in advance...

There is a solution provided by NICE which uses e-mail,IVR or web based questionaires to obtain feedback. Being NICE it is far from cheap but is by far the best product

I use a product called Phone Tree, it was super cheap and works just fine.

It is easy to setup and to use. I provided my own PC. With phone tree they could call in to hear announcements but to collect digits from a poll the call would have to be outgoing** (If you are doing a lot of these make sure you are getting the best long distance rates).

Another alternative that would be free is to use web polling, which eliminates the phone charges. You could put a link to your web poll from your website or send everyone an e-mail to click and respond to your poll.
