Automated Paging?

We have a customer that has a dilemma. All the employees in the workshop take a break at the same time each day, and they all are supposed to return at the same time; the problem is they aren’t. What she wants to try and implement is having the paging system make an announcement at break time and then another announcement when its time to return back to work. Instead of a making an employee doing it day in and day out, she was wondering if we could set something up for her. She has a NEAX2000 IPS and the paging system is a Valcom, she has to dial an access code to reach the paging system. Looking for some input for something relatively cheap, I have looked on the Internet for some autodialers, but haven’t found anything too convincing. Thanks in advance.

Look at the Valcom and post back with the model number. It may have a built in tone generator (like a school bell). All you would need is a compatible clock input and the bell could be set to go off at a certain time or times each day.
