My customer will soon start using Avaya Contact Center Select but I am looking for a way to import their list of contacts from their CRM to ACCS in an automated manner, perhaps daily. The reason for this is that my client wants to primarily update their contacts through the CRM interface and I would then import it to ACCS. Naturally, I can input one end-user by one into ACCS but that is out of question because there are thousands of end-users to process.
Is there an documented API for ACCS for importing contacts, or does anyone have a working code example for me?
