Automated Function Calls

Hello All,
I currently have a large Access database that needs to be updated daily. The updating process consists of logging on to several servers and then consolidating key data within this database. Would there be code that would automate this process to run at 7:00 before I get to work? Just a point in the right direction will due, thanks for reading.
