Does anyone know how to set up an agent (or some other way) to automaticly export an attachment to a specific folder on my hardrive?

Well, you could use a simple Perl-Script which resolve your Problem. It opens an existing Notes-Session, gets the active Database and takes every document.
the script creates an folder for each document an detaches any existing attachment into the folder.
