Automated Emails

I am new at this kind of thing...obviously.... I want to set up a system to send an email to a group of people automatically twice a week...can someone point me in a direction? I have access, ultradev, etc...Thanks!

Hi

Depending what info the email is send. I use a command line utility called commail. I have this set up to set a newly generated database to another machine twice a week. Using the built in windows scheduler.
