automated email of spreadsheet

I use wonderware industrial control software for potable water distribution. Info on a daily basis is sent to an excel spreadsheet for trending purposes, i woulds like to have that spreadsheet automatically email to me every morning at 7am

I'm investigating the macro option, but i'm not familiar with VB coding
