I have converted a word document in to pdf and inserte all bookmarks page links etc. However there is a large number of e-mail addressess. How do I set them so that when a user clicks on the address it will automatically open their e-mail and insert the address into the to: field. Also is it possible to set all addresses in one go or do I need to go through each address.

It depends mainly upon what program the viewers use and what program you use to keep your addresses. If a person uses Hotmail, they won't be able to just click on the link. But what you can do is create a hyperlink with mailto:address@address.com in it. In this way, you have to copy and paste the e-mail addresses.
