Automated Documentation Tools

Hello,

For Oracle 9 and 10 databases it is clear that Oracle Auditing feature can track changes but it does not seem to have a reporting facility.

What Oracle tools are available to automatically document an Oracle database schema (tables, table specifications, ERD, constraints, indexes, views, etc.)?

Since these are views then you should be able to write SQL Select statements against them or use a reporting tool like Crystal Reports.
