I have a client that cannot use automated directories like Banking and AMEX correctly. Current model is a 3903 and I have compaired profiles to many other and everything seems good. I have replaced the phone with a another known good 3903 with no success. CLients complain that key pad selections are not being made correctly as entered by her and she get hung up on.. Ofcourse we have tried calling them from our phones with total success but when we tried to call from her phone.. long air then dead air

any assitance would be appreciated Tech's.

Look at the Route Data Blocks for outgoing calls. Make a note of the TIMR settings.

Set the EOD and ODT Timers to 2000 then test.

If those timers are too high, subsequent DTMF is not sent out the trunks

I wasn't thinking of even checking this as I have already tried to calls out from the card on another phone with success..
