A call logger does what it says. It is basically a reporting tool that allows you to produce all sorts of reports on any traffic across your PBX.The call logger records all the data from the PBX which you report from.
It is possible to use AVAYA/OCTEL Serenade 200/300 as Automated Attendant (Announcement + dialing number).
The Main DDI-number will the be a GH group with CDINI to the voice mail group (VMPOP).
