Automated Attendant should not first ring at reception

Can someone help me please. We have a Norstar Voice Mail 4.0 with Norstar ICS Modular 8X32. I have setup an Automated Attendant with CCR Tree. I have set it up to ring twice before AA answer - in order to pick up the caller id.
Problem: When someone calls, it rings the operator/receptionist twice before it goes to AA. Can this ring sound be stopped so the operator will not hear this but should be able to hear the ring to respond when someone presses 0 to speak to the operator? Thanks.
