Automated attendant on general mailbox does not prompt to voicemail

We have an alt. greeting set up that is meant to prompt callers to leave a voicemail after hours, when phone is not answered. The company greeting works, the Greeting Table 1 works, and the alt. greeting exists as a recording, it just does not play when call is made to office. All messages were working fine, but this morning, the Company greeting and alternate mailbox message were missing. They have since been re-recorded, but the alternate greeting still does not come on automatically. If the caller dials 100, they will be directed to the mailbox and then the message comes on. Before it did that without the extra dialing of 100. Does anyone know what we can do to get it back working automatically without having to get callers to follow an extra prompt of dialing?

Where did you record the "Alt greeting"? Do you mean a seprate night greeting?

Norstar vm's are pretty flexible machines, and there are several different ways to structure them. Do you know which model you've got? If not get into f983 programming, and press 9. Post the revision it gives you.
