I have been trying to fix this issue for months...Please help.
We have a Norstar ICS 0X32 with a StarTalk Flash automated Attendant. When the automated attendant answer a call, we 4 four options that are transferred to particular extensions. These terminating extensions ring at other extensions also (Answer DN). The issue is: If the terminating extension is not picked up or answered, the call gets disconnected (sorry your session can not be completed. Good Bye). But if the call terminates at an extension without Answer DN, the call is sent to the main menu or operator when it is not answered, which is what we want.

What could be causing this to happen.

Thanks,
JT

Are you using Meridian mail for your automated attendant?

If so in the menus there is a revert DN which is probably set to 0 for your operator.

If the call can't reach the extn in the menu it will prob use the revert DN.
