I could use a bit of advice on setting up Automated Attendant Delayed Ring Assignment.
I believe this is the correct feature for what I need, to have select station ports ring with CO lines, If ports 01 & 02 fail to answer CO/PBX line rings for > 10 Seconds.
So far I have Programmed:
LK4, Data No. 24: For Automated Attendant Delay Ring Assignment (Each port, Data=12345678)
(Saved each port one-by-one)
LK1, Data No. 74: For Automated Attendant Delay Ringing Time (= 10 Sec)
Should this be the correct feature? to accomplish what I need?
I'm not getting rings on programmed ports after 10 seconds of ring.
Any advice appreciated.
