What is it called when a pre-recorded or generated voice announcement plays over overhead speakers after a call comes in that is not picked up in time? For example: "call waiting on line one" or "call waiting for the grooming department". Does this have to do with auto attendent? Can you program this on a DR5 6x16 type system and if you can how would you program that? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

A Callpilot voice mail system that is possibly attached to it can...."Park and Page" it's called.
You would here the announcers voice whom recorded the greeting "hardware dept" followed by Bionic Betty's "has a call parked on 101"
Something like that.
To program it you need to read the manual "Callpilot Setup & Operation Guide"
You may have some third party device though.
