Okay guys!
We're getting ready to implement a new IP scheme here and we have over 250 users on DHCP that my crew is going to have to visit and do a "release all" "renew all" on to change their IP addresses.
I thought I could add a command or two to their login script to do it automatically but I can't seem to get it to work on the "test" machine.
I've got a Windows 95 client and a login file called test9x.bat that runs for my test user when he logs in.
The command I put in the .bat file is winipcfg /release_all
followed by winipcfg /renew_all
It's not working! Can someone show me a better way or tell me what I'm doing wrong?!?
Thanks!
Hooze
