Automate Sending as a Service?

We have a report that needs to be exported to PDF and emailed at 5 am each morning. The 3rd Party "Schedule-Export & Send" aps I've tested don't seem to work when there is no logged in session on the computer.

Is there a free or low cost solution that will export & send on a schedule that runs completely as a service so does not require a logged in session to work?

At least one of the 3rd-party Crystal report Desktop Scheduling tools listed at:

doesn't require a logged in session to process scheduled reports.
