Automate / script a folder copy in outlook 2003 Exchange

Hi,

I am looking to automate/script the copy of a public folder to my archive folder. This will allow access to data during times when the internet connection is down. This can be done manually very quickly yet I need to script it to be done daily or weekly on multiple users' computers.
