I need to create a macro/procedure that will automatically save attachments to a text file. I have an Outlook rule setup to alert a user when she receives an email from a particular person--the email will contain 2 attachments. I want the user to be able to save each attachment as individual .txt files in a specific directory but clicking a button and not having to go through all the usual menu steps.....possible?
