Automate Retrieval of documents from BCA

Is there anyway to automatically retrieve processed documents from BCA?

One way is that:
Application.documents.receive("Document_Name&quot retreives the documents sent by other users. But i need to retrieve the documents from the Broadcast agent. - without the user actually going to File-Retrieve From- bca everyday to retrieve the refreshed documents.

Anyone help.
