Job: monthly reboot of our micontact server for the windows updates
issue: (in a 24x7 office) several callflows have time schedules for routing calls. So if we reboot the server e.g. at 1 AM, calls normaly go to 'night' phones.
If I use e.g. first alternative's, call flow will break.
question:
normally we do a manual callforward for all of the important departments, and revert that after the reboot.
Can this be automated, or do you have other thoughts?
(API/ MaITAI, CLI, scripts, Maintanance schedular?)
