Automate Mass Payments To PayPal

In a real bind here Does anyone know if this could be done? I know you can upload a csv file in the paypal interface for mass payments, but we need to avoid that step if possible. Thanks in advance.

if you don't want to upload a CSV file, then how are you going to do it? Which step do you want to avoid?

Elaborate, and you might get more help.

And this Perl-forum might not be the right place for this question... Unless you intend to do it with Perl...
