I know what you are thinking, write a one liner script to do this.... I got that down.....

Here is my situation though.... I'm looking for a third party program which will ACCEPT an email notification and once it receives the email it will AUTOMATICALLY execute the script to restart IIS.

Is there a program out there that can do this? If so, can you please direct me to it?

MUCH appreciated!!!!

Not sure such a tool exists...would be cool though.

What about this? If you can locate an EVENT in the windows server event log that is causing you to have to IISRESET, you can use this tool to monitor the event log and execute a script anytime the specific event is located.

(You'd have to at least get the lite version)

BTW -- what is causing you to have to IISRESET?
