Automate Execution and Printing?

I need to automate the execution and printing of a Crystal Report. I want the report to begin execution in the middle of the night and I need the output to be waiting at the printer when I get in to work in the morning.

Is this possible?

I found some references to the "Automation Server" but I can't find much more information.
Is this what I need?

Any ideas?
