Automate email reply with unique file attached

Here's what I need to automate:
We receive an email with "12345" (for example) in the subject line. This triggers an automatically reply (email) with the attachment 12345.pdf from my hard drive. Is this possible? Could it be done with AutoHotKey or some other program?

Are you looking to send the same file out each time or does the file name sent correspond to the email recieved.
If the file to send is the same each time then it can be done with the use of a rule and an email template... be handy to know if things stay the same or change each time though.
