Automate data entry

Hi Everyone

I want to do something like following

I have a following spreadsheet.

Date Good bad blank et etc etc



Within the same spreadhseet i have a section where i would paste data from a text file to this exact location. The pasted cell look like this.

Good Bad poor date
12 4 112 something


Now i want this pasted cell to automatically be entered in above spreasheet based on data i specify. How can this be achieved.
