Autokeys ALT+Enter combo...

I am using Access2k. Would like to disable the ALT+Enter (brings up the property sheet) combination during runtime. I tried using the AutoKeys macro to do this however it does not allow that combination. I looked through all the Access Options to see if i can disable it that way but I could not find that option.

Anyone have ideas?
