Hi,

Just got 2 A 400 m/cs from other client. Everything was preconfigured. These 2 m/cs are NIS master & slave. I changed IP, subnet mask, gateway & nsswitch.conf. Everything is working fine but autofs/automounter is not working. I don't know whether autofs is configured or automounter. I guess these 2 are diff. things but used for automatic f/s mounting. New to autofs, could anyone give more details or docs. reg. autofs config & installs. I used sun & hp docs. Thanx in advance,

uxadmin.

Note : I am using NIS. nsswitch has setting files nis for automounter.
