We are using Lucent-Merlin MLX-16DP's with a MLX-20L as switchboard.

One of the users has a private line that rings directly to their phone, without ringing at the switchboard. This user set either 'forward' or 'camp on' or something to the switchboard while they were away, and now that they are back, we cannot 'undo' what was done. They insist that it was just a *33, but something weirds going on. Ringing at both that extension & switchboard. Any ideas what was done?

Go to the extension with the 16DP and press *33 and its own extension number and this should bring it back. If not, then you can print out extension information for that extension and see what is happening.
