Autoforward from a Public Folder

Hi for some reason I am not able to forward from a public folder all of a sudden UNLESS I select "Leave message intact" I want to forward a standard message and it isn't forwarding. I even created a new public folder and that one is behaving the same way. I am only forwarding to internal GAL lists/people. Any thoughts?
 
well this is strange. I narrowed it down to a particular email address. All auto forwards work that I have tested with the exception of one called support. Once I rename or add an email address called support@blablabla.com it doesn't forward. It receives email just fine. Just doesn't forward. Still looking at stuff... .ugh...
