Autoforward email and html format

When I set autoforward Email (html format) to internal staff and external partner , internal staff received the auto-forwarded Email without any issue (html format). However external staff received the auto-forwarded Email in a plain text format (as attached).
However if I manually forward the Email to external staff, the format is OK as attached. Please help to investigate.
 
check your email server settings (text vs html) and your local auto forward settings
 
where on the server can i check this setting?
 
your network admin should be able to assist you
 
settings look good on the server and local client
 
try this; in Outlook
Tools - Options - Email Options - Advanced Email Options - check the box
Add properties to attachments to enable Reply with Changes
 
I select Tools, Rules and Alerts, New Rule, Start from a blank rule, Check messages when they arrive, next, click “from people or distribution list” and “with “specific words in the subject”, then insert “CS Application” in the “people or distribution list”. And insert “ASP” Click next, select “forward it to people or distribution list”, insert a list of Email contact person in “people or distribution, list”, click finish. When I forward the mail manually external recipients receive the email in HTML format would it have something to do with rules and alerts?
