When I set autoforward Email (html format) to internal staff and external partner , internal staff received the auto-forwarded Email without any issue (html format). However external staff received the auto-forwarded Email in a plain text format (as attached).
However if I manually forward the Email to external staff, the format is OK as attached. Please help to investigate.
