Hello,

I am trying to autofill an excel spreadsheet using the following format:
1
1
2
2
3
3
4
4
etc.

Everytime I enter in those values and then try to drag down to run the autofill, it doesn't pull whole numbers. Eventually it starts to triple up on some numbers (ie. 4.987, 5.013, 5.432 all showing as 5)

Is there some setting that I'm not clicking or is there another way that I have to set that up? Thanks!

Oh dear god, how did I miss that? Thank you so much!

The other option would have to been to put in say cells A1 and A2 the number 1, and then in A3 put =A1+1 and copy down.

A
1 1
2 1
3 =A1+1
4 =A2+1
5 =A3+1
...

Regards
Ken...........
