Autofill of “Field name” and data from CSV

Hi,

I have a complex CSV file(versatile Data types) which I wish to enter into Mysql database. I am looking for a software/solution that can automatically copy the first rows and generate from it the “Field name” and later fill the data.

In the software I looked into (HeideSQL and SQLyog) I found it only possible to import the CSV after I manually enter the Filed name and it type.

The original file is Excel and therefore a similar solution using XLS will also help me.
