AutoFill In Forms and more!!

Ok..

I have a form...there are fields that I want to autopopulate when I type in the correct "employee ID#". So when I enter the emp. id...I need the name..last name..and a few other fields to autopoplute..but I have other fields within the form with dropdown boxes that I need to be data entry fields. The info for the fields that need to be autopopulated are in an existing table...and I need all info in the form to be written to another table all together. Does this make sense to anyone?
