Autodialer solutions

Does anyone know of any web based autodialer solutions?

I would like the ability to set up multiples lists for different groups of employees and then have the ability to call out one of the lists and then have them respond either with a yes or no and then to be able to report on this. It would be used for staff callouts when another staff member was sick or unavailable.
