We are a county agency and utilize a long distance service from a state agency, utilizing a PRI setup as ESS5. We use AC2 (8) for the LD. We dial 8xxyyyxxxxx (hear a 2nd dialtone) and enter a 7-digit code.
We recently upgraded our PBX to 5.5 about 4-5 months ago. Before the upgrade, users would put their auth code on a autodial key. Since the upgrade the autodial key no longer works. It appears the digits are sent but they do not break the second dialtone. Any ideas what may have changed in the upgrade?
