autodial on M2250 console

i programmed an autodial on a 2250 console and i followed the autodial with the digits i wanted it to call (I don't know how to manually program an autodial key directly from the console, and it's for a remote site anyway). When i printed the 2250 TN the autodial was there but the telephone number was not. i did it twice. The NTP seems to show I'm doing it right, but i'm obviously not. Any ideas? also, once i get it how does the operator use it? i'm going to put the voicemail # on it so she can use it to transfer outside employees directly to voicemail. Does she just press it and then release the call? thank you.

Did you enter the # of digits for the DN? It should look something like this: ADL 4 1200. 4 being # number of digits dialed, 1200 being your voice mail extension.
