Autodial lights stopped working

One of my customers called and said his autodial lights stopped working on his MLX28D. His privacy, DnD, Line, and sysacc lights all work fine. The other 28D phones on the same board are fine.

Stuff happens - I would just reprogram the autodials - and see how long they last.

Ifthe buttons won't light, replace the phone, if the programming is not there, reprogram.

Well, FIRST, do a self test.

Intercom, Speaker, *00 -

That will tell if the LED's are bad or not.
