Does anyone have multiple Autodial keys working over SIP trunks?
I have a medical center with a network of six CS1000's all running 6.0. All can call each other by dialing the 5 digit extension. The dictation equipment is located at the main location. On 1120E and 1140E IP phones We have 2 autodial keys. One auto dial is the 5 digit number for dictation access. The other autodial is the doctor ID that the dictation equipment request after it answers. The first autodial works great for accessing the dictation, but when the doctor presses the second autodial key to send the doctor number the tones never arrive at the dictation equipment. The doctor can enter the doctor number manually and it works fine. This only applies to SIP trunks. If they dial out through the PSTN to get to the dictation equipment both autodail keys work.
