autodial dn/password to voicemail

I have a CS1000 with CallPilot. A user claims she had the ability to press an autodial key to log herself into voicemail. Basically, get dial tone, press the MWK key to access CallPilot, then the autodial key, which is this: 08 ADL 12 4827#1211#

Is that even possible to do? I can't get it to work on my phone, either.

I do not think that is working. Just set the mailbox to Auto-Logon - that's what I would do, and that is probably how her mailbox is set.

It works with the 1140E and 3904 I have on my desk.

jbjohnston, I have a 3904. Did you have to put any pauses on the autodial, or just like I show??

I just did the Auto Logon thing. No sense messing with the other way.
