Autodesk Product Manager Utility

Any ideas on why Autodesk Product Manager Utility only reaches a few computers when searching for installed Autodesk related products - in my case 15 to be exact of 58 - 43 COMPUTER NOT FOUND. I was told that MAYBE have something to do with Win XP SP2, but the funny thing is that the 15 computers reached have SP2 installed.
I appreciate any help I can get on this matter.
