Autodesk 9 SHX files

Anyone out there!

when I try and open a autocad drawing a window pops up with different file including SHX I have tried to click open a number of these files to procceed to review drawing but none of them open the autodesk 9 for viewing. Is there a site that I can go to to download a SHX file to fix this problem.

Possible, but maybe not. Do a google search, or post its name here. Someone may have it.

Is this a drawing that you are just messing around with or are you a subconsultant on a particular project? If you are a subconsultant, like an engineering firm whose services are employed by an architecture firm, call the firm to send their shx's for that project. Hope that helps.
