Is it possible to centrally autodelete mail from users mailboxes?

Using Exchange 2000 and Outlook XP

Cheers
David

yes ... you need SP1 for exchange installed. Then in Exchange System Manager, Recipients, Create a new policiy dealing Mailbox Manager Settings (added in SP1). You should then be able to scan mailboxes ... for example ... for message over 30 days old and delete them.

Mailbox Manager in SP2 is way better. Can block folders. Dan
