AutoCorrect in Word 2003 gives different results

One user on our network uses autocorrect in Word 2003 to call up standard paragraphs and addresses with shortcuts. She tells me it works the first time and then the same shortcut returns a different paragraph.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

(Unformatted) Autocorrects are language-specific so is it possible that your user is changing language?
