AutoCad Vs others

i have been using Auto CAD for years now..

Keep on hearing bout these new products like ArchiCAD, Microstation FlexiCAD, etc...

any reviews on how these are better for an architect..?

can anyone gimme links regarding the above issue, im sure there will be many, containing examples etc..

im not sure wat the difference is but im thinkin it is basically like Auto CAD, Mech Desktop and some others are exactly the same just a lil different setup on the but overall they are the same!

Don't ask Ben Franzus, that's me. I prefer AutoCad because I program in LISP. Straight out of the box, MicroStation is probably a little better, but it also costs more. With programming skills, I find it hard to beat AutoCad. I can almost make it dance as well as sing.
I belong to that forum as well as this, plus a few others as well.
