When trying to install AutoCAD R14.01 (yes, we're still using it) onto an XP system, Windows throws up an error message right at the end saying that it can't register FSIVBA.DLL. If I try to manually register with Regsvr32, it fails with a message about not being able to find an entry point.
AutoCAD runs fine even after the error - but VBA doesn't get installed. VBA macros are very important to our operation.
I've tried uninstalling Office and AutoCAD, then reinstalling both in different orders, editing the registry to remove all traces of AutoCAD then reinstalling, etc. Nothing helps.
I've used Google enough to see that a number of other people have had this problem in years past, and with all versions of Windows. I've never seen any mention of a solution.
Ideas?
