Autocad NET Xdata Get Max Out

Hi,

Has anyone else experienced issues with extracting xdata from large numbers of entities in on hit?

I have 3000 Dtext items all with xdata within, .net routine loops through each and extracts xdata to list(of string). Each time I select I get different numbers successfully extracted. Around the 3000 mark the application stalls and I have to reset.

No issues if simply extracting the Dtext text string, I've had this working up to 24000 entities.

Count must be 100% accurate so I've had to abandone use if xdata. Has anyone had similar problems and found a solution?
