A user recently complained that when she opens multiple drawings by double-clicking them in Explorer, that multiple instances of her licensed version AutoCAD LT 2008 open instead of just opening the drawing in the existing, opened window of AutoCAD LT 2008 (when one or more drawings are already open.)
I found that AutoDesk had a Service Pack (SP1), available which (amongst other things), addressed this very issue. I downloaded, installed and re-booted the users' PC, and verified that SP1 was in fact installed -- but still multiple instances of AutoCAD LT 2008 open when opening multiple drawings from Windows Explorer.
Has anyone out there come across this? Is there a registry hack that I could possibly apply to correct this issue?
Any and all help would be appreciated.
